Happy 100th Day

We did a really neat activity for 100th day that I wanted to share with everyone. We gave each table of boys legos and they together  had to count 100 legos. Then as a group they had to build something out of these 100 legos. The boys loved this activity and so did I. It was a great way to get them working together. Their finished products were quite impressive!!!  I attached pictures at the top of what they built.

Great Space Songs

Winter weather prediction graph

For math yesterday I talked with the boys about the word prediction. Then I told them we were going to make a prediction graph of how many snow days they thought we would have this year. They got to draw a snow picture and then predict if they thought we would have 0-4 snow days. We then graphed their predictions on our shower curtain graphs. They love talking about snow and as you can see are certainly predicting some for Memphis this winter.

Christmas card wall

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas break!! I wanted to share with you a picture of the Christmas card wall of all of our cards that we have received from around the world. The boys have loved receiving these cards , and I think I will have to make these Christmas cards a tradition.
